one of the worst experience i had in freelance web sit , Duc is very good hastel he has bidding a good price and i decide to go with him , we start our talk ans explain to him every things i need and talk to him about the the price again and the charge i need and we were agree to make a deal and every things same to be great, but unfortunatly once he recive a deposit of 60 dollars to get start things turne bad , he start to complain after he recive mony on the deal we made and he didnt did all the change we talk about,he start teling me i m not going to change the designe of your web sit in 3 languages , and then he didnt even finish work on 1 language and my web sit doesnt work as all fonction related in adminestration they are not their , i try to talk to him he doesnt answer, i feel very bad and now i lost money and time and web its not working , so i really dont recomand him to any one and my advice never pay in advance , wait til you get the value of your money
