I prioritize people first by trying to inspire them to develop themselves to a higher level both personally and professionally and I use my communication skills and a collaborative approach to achieve this. I have worked with the development of international concepts & training and educational activities on all levels of retail organizations covering more than 1000 stores in 30+ countries. Through this experience it has become a natural and motivating process for me to develop concepts, train and upgrade competencies in staff through various online and offline training activities and support management teams in executing these concepts. I strive to stay flexible, be open-minded and keen to learn and find better ways of adding value to every project and person I work with and by keeping things simple I achieve results.
