If I could give them 0 stars, I would. First of all, they lie about their location, to gain more work. They are not from Canada or the United States (switched location back and forth between locations multiple times throughout our project). After bidding for my project, Ali suggested some different themes/designs, which sounded good in theory, but once done the site looked 10x worse. I then asked to stick to the original plan. Customize the theme based on the .psd files I sent over and word document with every detail needed. 10 days later, I am back in the same position I was before I gave them the project. It took them 10 days to tell me they couldn't complete the project, after multiple times saying they could. I would not trust Ali and his developers.
