This is my personal essay that I had to write for my university application. I chose to write on 'My idol' and how my idol inspired me to do what I wanted to do.

Couple of years back I discovered my talent for writing thanks to some blessing in disguise. Now it has been some time and my skills have had grown a lot with me. The time has come where I will have to take my writings to a wider audience and therefore I am looking forward to using my talent as wisely as I can for everyone's benefit. Other than that, I am a computer scientist with interest in image processing and machine learning. My skills include: Extensive knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. In depth knowledge of C++, Java, Matlab and Python. Proficient in using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, Visual Studios 2010, Eclipse and Matlab.
