I have always been driven by my goals in life, and to be successful in whatever field that I take is something that I always strive hard for. I am in for growth and development. I am a team player and I love dealing with people and their differences. I have 4 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at a famous Call Center in the Philippines and served as an exceptional agent for the company. I would like to emphasize that I was a working student for 4 years in college assigned at the registrar's office and graduated Business Administration as an outstanding student assistant. I also have 3 years experience in invoicing and data entry and admin works and was promoted as the department head a year after. I am exposed to everyday e-mail, chat support and personal transactions with customers and clients and worked towards giving not just what they want but delight them as well. The years I spent working for customer satisfaction made me develop my skills as a person such as patience, attentiveness to details, time management, empathy and promptness which made me a better choice among others
