  “Although, the communication was good and she was courteous enough, the work was hopeless. The team doesn't have a clue about illustration. Maybe they're better designers in other projects, but illustration is not one of them. They do not understand the basic anatomy, proportions and features to make the work look natural. The animal was created with disproportionate limbs, awkward face with long snout etc. I literally sent reference images for every single thing. inspite of that, I ended up with the Red panda looking like a teddy bear! Finally all I could do is bear with it because I did the mistake of choosing them.”
