Overall a very good development agency. I have worked with tens of agencies over the years, and these are one of the better ones. Our project, Dhananjay, was amazing. Very good communication skills and technical knowledge with the ability to provide realistic timeframes and expectations. The team are very hard-working and talented on the development side. We had a few negative experiences relating to quality assurance and testing, however with the nature of the project (a complex SaaS application) it is to be expected that there will be a lot of bugs in the first iteration. Ideally we would have liked the team to have spent more effort testing the application, but besides this we are a happy client and would certainly recommend them to others.
