From 2006 to 2012 i workd at Vodafone Romania as customer services representative and my skills improved over time in customer experience and selling via phone call. In 2014 i got IT CISCO CCNA certifiarion and improved my skills in troubleshooting IT. In present i work as an IT system engineer on a public institution and i improved my skills in networking.
