I hold certifications as an Aviation safety investigator, human factors and air accident investigator as well as flight data analysis specialist. I am also a licensed Commissioner of Oaths in Kuala Lumpur. I have extensive experience in investigations, report & technical writing, transcriptions, translations, data analysis and proofreading. I also possess strong skills in wix website designing, google workspace and google apps scripts as well as microsoft office products.
