1.Extended an existing CRM application of a large Australian IT Hardware Supplier company by adding customer, employees and new hardware add/edit/delete/view pages. 2.Extended the capability of this CRM tool by integrating Web Services, which helped in integration with other Proprietary Applications. 3.Created a highly dynamic, flexibly reporting and filtering tool as given in snapshot below.
