In life I've realized that you can't truly be happy unless you're helping people. My main reason for choosing to be a Customer Service / Virtual Assistant is that I am given the opportunity to touch people's lives by helping them in my own little way. I've been with this profession for almost 4 years and have gained extensive experiences. I've worked with an Amazon Sellers, Shopify Seller, A Director of an Education Company, and With a BPO Company handling Health Insurance both Medical and Dental. I've also worked in a dental office verifying patients benefit and claim status. I started freelancing 2015 and am very happy with the new trend I'm in. This, I consider is the best kind of job as it allows me to take care of my kids while earning dollars to support them that's why I call myself a SUPERMOM.
