Configured a Debian 7 Linux server used by a corporation for private Git repositories served by GitLab. Configured automatic backups of repositories and other data to Amazon S3 storage. Maintained and upgraded an office LAN consisting of a Windows 2000 server with Exchange, XP/7 workstations, and printing/scanning equipment. Developed small-scale multiplatform software in a small team using the LibGDX platform. Created multiboot USB driver used for emergency system repairs, testing and configuring the drives via VirtualBox. Updated and configured the software packages used to manage an accountancy and migrated backups from local tape storage to encrypted remote incremental Amazon S3 backups. Developed a message broadcast system using PHP/MySQL and Twilio which is activated by phone or web to send emergency voice and text messages. Developed a set of web forms and administration pages using PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS which retrieved geolocated information from SOAP queries and allowed administrative modification and export of data. Migrated web and email providers for an organization’s domain, including changing email providers from a POP3 service to Google, redirecting web traffic to a new host, and configuring user devices.
