Hi there! I'm Harish Mohanani, a Full Stack Web Developer with 8 years of experience in software design, web development, and integration. I'm currently a Senior Software Development Engineer at AppDirect Inc in Pune, India, where I handle the front end for the entire suite and am responsible for delivering quality monthly releases. In my previous role as a Software Engineer II at Rocket Software Pvt Ltd, I led a team of 2 full stack developers and 1 QA and was responsible for delivering quality monthly releases. As a Full Stack Developer (ReactJS + Node.JS), I was responsible for delivering core features and reviewing the code of the entire team. Prior to that, I was a Software Developer at Coditas Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where I led a team of 3 full stack developers and 1 QA. I created a complete server-side framework for BigBasket Daily (formerly RainCan) with Node.JS and also developed a Chrome extension to inspect HTML elements. I worked on React Native to port mobile apps from Phonegap. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering from MIT Academy of Engineering and a Diploma in Information Technology from Govt. Polytechnic, Amravati. My skills include JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, Node.JS, MongoDB, ExpressJs, Typescript, Gulp, Webpack, Redux, Git, Jest, Enzyme, GraphQL, and React Native. I've won the Programmers Marathon conducted by Hitachi Consulting and the 1st prize in Google-IT organized by the IT department of MIT Academy of Engineering. I've also been honored as Employee of the Month at Coditas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and as Hackathon Winner 2022 at AppDirect Inc.
