I am an experienced IT professional with extensive practical experience of 6 years. I am skilled in providing strategic insight and the interpretation of data, and the analysis of results. Possess a proven ability to administer, control the operations, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide support via email and chat and have an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Before this, I worked as a Telecom Test Engineer for 1.5 years. In this role, I used to perform manual testing for different telecom applications. Also, I used to report to the client directly and coordinate with various developer teams across multiple organizations to resolve or troubleshoot any issue if it occurs.
I have also worked as a Storage Support Engineer for 1.5 years. In this role, I assisted clients globally (mainly from Australia, UK, and the US) with EMC storage systems-related issues via email support, call support and chat support per client’s convenience.
