A writer, copyeditor, and/or proofreader for 7 years, Tom Johnson has edited and/or written fiction, nonfiction, science fiction, plays, teleplays, video scripts, concert scripts, web content, blogs, feature articles, comic strips, and comic books.
Recently, Tom edited African Dance with Passion by Kukuwa Nuamah, which was just published by Cognella. He also worked as an editor on Michael Riscica's new eBook How to Pass the ARE and as a proofreader on his popular architecture blog. Tom's plays have been produced for the New York International Fringe Festival, Where Eagles Dare Theatre in Midtown Manhattan, and Actors Theatre of Louisville.
Tom studied editorial techniques under Jackie Landis and playwriting under Jon Jory and Michael Dixon.
