Global Community (the employer) forfeited the arbitration because they pulled out of the project. While testing, to determine the percentage of the funds that should be released to i-netsolution1, vWorker noticed that i-netsolution1 had not uploaded the code onto the vWorker site, hence they were also forfeited from the arbitration for not following the site instructions. Global Community had released 37.33% of the funds. All additional funds were refunded back to Global Community.
