I am seeking to become part of a team, on either a part-time
or full-time basis, that will utilize my expertise, strong communications skills, and years of experience in a work from home setting so I can have more time to spend with my family.
I have 2 years experience in social media management and I know how to do Interactive management. I've been in Audio and video transcribing task for more than a year as a virtual Assistant. I am familiar with gdocs, gsheets, etc. I also know how to use PDF Acrobat, Microsoft Office,Skype, Slack and basic CRM management.
I have strong knowledge and experience in customer service for I've been in BPO companies for customer service over the phone,email, chat for 3 years.
I have 2 years experience as Professional Teacher handling Creative Non-Fiction Subjects and other English Subjects here.
I am willing to expand my horizons and if there's something to learn I can assure you that I can get along easily.
I can work independently and very keen on details. I am also hungry to learn new things and to also share my knowledge with others
