1 - It was a Government Tender ( PM crop Insurance strategy), fortunately, taken by Reliance PVT. LTD. and then they further distributed to local vendors like me. 2 - It was PDF to Excel digitization project, farmers entries need to be filled out in ms excel. 3 - I have a team of 17 candidates, leading by me, we all together made this possible. 4 - We did 27,200 Farmer entries and 29,115 Crop entries, each entry has 49 columns, we completed the project in 1 month.
