Responsibilities: - Prepare proposals for new clients and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products. - Negotiate with clients, regular meetings with clients. - Develop project plans, goals, schedules and budgets; identify resources needed. - Organise and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion. - Create Use Cases, User Stories and other requirements documentation. - Maximize productivity by setting clear expectations and communicating project status, issues and risks to top management. - Manage resource allocation across multiple projects including tracking resource bandwidth and forecasting future availability for scheduling new projects. - Coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards and client’s needs. - Ensure delivery of multiple projects at the same time. - Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts. - Assist development team in design and development tasks. Skills: - deep understanding of Agile software development, SDLC and Business Analysis practices. - good knowledge of project management software: JIRA, PivotalTracker, BaseCamp. - good memory and attention to details; - clear, structured approach to every task; - natural ability to plan and strong sense of priorities; - good multi-tasker; - strong leadership qualities; - high emotional IQ; - technical knowledge; - self-organizing and ability to work efficiently without supervising; - self-development to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends; - excellent communication skills.
