I read all sorts of books on writing styles, email marketing, and grammar to enhance my skills, keep updated, and fresh. I also like to learn new programs coinciding with marketing. At the moment I use Mail Chimp to create all my email campaigns; with google analytics to track the success and progress of the campaign.
