Throughout my 7 years in the BPO industry, I have honed my customer service orientation, communication, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills. I have a proven ability to handle diverse tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced and demanding environment. My proficiency in utilizing various virtual tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance productivity had led me to my promotions in a short period of time. From a customer service representative to subject matter expert then become part of the quality assurance team. Not to mention that I gained the department’s trust and appointed me as the team’s POC in less than a year. These recognition and achievements are testimony of my commitment, passion and hard work. I can confidently say that I have mastered Admin tasks mainly in which are relevant to Virtual Assistant role. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous attention to detail with less supervision but a high accuracy performance rate.
