I have been working as a Customer Relation Executive before I been a Administrative Executive and i have almost about 10 years working experience predominantly in Administration field and also in Customer Service's field.
My current job scope is : Liaising with wide range of people involved in policy areas such as performance, attendance, developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and also other remuneration issues, including advancement and benefits, planning long term staff requirements and conduct training including induction for new employees if need.
