More than 7 years of experience, also working with Oyo -world's 3rd largest hotel chain, joined as Sr, Administrator/Data Operator for north & east India, My responsibilities are given below' ➢As a Data Operator - ➢ Data entry of MIS data ➢ Emails Responses ➢ Typing on letter head ➢ Data transfer etc ➢As an Admin executive- ➢Handling office operations and all requirements of staff. ➢Updates office policies and its use. Maintain files and contact list of all executive. ➢Mainly Responsibilities to provide collateral to more than 900 Venus & Hotel in north and east region. ➢Taking follow up with marketing team to make and share design files of menu, folder for new properties that is signed with oyo ➢ Initiated a travel expense filling system with Excel spreadsheets ➢Providing company assets to new joiners and receiving at the time of termination or resignation. EXTRA INTIATIVE:- ➢ Also part of HR & IT Team and coordinating for candidate interview & doing exit formalities of left employees. (Also Handling bank A/c formalities & issuing Joining kits etc.). ➢With Marketing team- Taking care to provide collateral-company advertisement leaflets, menus, brochures etc. to more than 1000 wedding venues & Hotels, in north and east region which are under me and maintaining data as well on google sheet .
