24\7 server monitoring tool
This is screenshot of my own monitoring tool, which helps me to monitor servers health 24\7 at realtime. As you can see, it checks used memory, disk space, inodes, swap, PHP processes, server availability, ping to website and alerts me realtime, if some value is critical or website is down. Additionally, it can output me custom info which I can configure according to each project, like daily log cleaning, antivirus scanning, security logs and so on.
