second proposal
hi. in this proposal i leave the two bedroom in the ground floor and put two bedroom and the laudry in the first floor. the stair is open and placed against the wall to make space for living room. the kitchen is on the back of the house

Hi I think the laundry needs to be downstairs as this is a lot more practical. Perhaps also we can move the laundry downstairs by getting rid of some of the side garden/lightwell
