Generally speaking there is no need to do it 2010 compatible prior to doing it 2013 compatible.However, it is not clear what the issue is. Is it 64-bit compatibility? Do you get error message when running it? Whatever it is, from the description provided I can assume this to be a couple of days work. Regards, Svet.
