I'm looking for a skilled video editor with experience in AI technology to create a unique and engaging IT agency, approx. 20 seconds, marketing video.

The video will involve showing a group of Black professionals walking towards the camera in color, and then transitioning to black and white as they walk out of sight to the right and then to the left.

At the end, there is a splash, and the words Black IT, appears (white letters on black background). The professionals should be wearing casual business attire. The setting should be an abstract or digital backdrop.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing, especially with AI technology
- Ability to create a compelling advertising video
- Experience with color grading and transitions
