I need an annual report designed. The content is attached in the word document and the corresponding files in the zip file. It should be 8.5x11 and should be either 8 or 12 pages. Feel free to make the page breaks as it makes sense to you when designing.

***Our last year's annual report is in the zip files - file number 7. You can check that out for an example of what I'm looking for, but feel free to add your creativity.

I would like to select the designer within 24 hours and have another day to finalize any/all edits. $125 for the initial design (all 8 pages) and then I'll award another $25 for the edits in the requisite time. Thanks for the feedback- it is hard to add all pictures and text while keeping it below the A4 requirement, also it is not our fault some of the information is missing.

Please give #feedback -it takes a long time to create these, especially under URGENT status, was up till very late making it then rejected without a word.
