I am renovating my home and would like to get ideas in 3d of the renovation. I will provide you with the blueprints for you to create the 3d model. I am looking for a CONTEMPORARY FARMHOUSE STYLE or MODERN STYLE.

Attached is the Current Land Survey with the current house measurements and the new blueprint that we are building so you can see the new layout of the house.

I want to work with a designer that understands my vision towards the renovation. Someone that is responsive, honest, experienced, open, creative and passionate about home renovations.

HOW I WILL SELECT WINNER:
I will upload pictures and blueprints of the house for you to render as a 3d model of the House Elevations and Exterior Landscape. Remember my ideal goal is CONTEMPORARY FARMHOUSE STYLE and MODERN STYLE - simple yet elegant.
I will be selecting the model I like the Best!

My vision for the EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE:
- Smooth White stucco with Metal Black roof.

- Windows and Patio Doors: Black Vinyl Frame (Trinsic V300 by Milgard)
- USE THE INFO PROVIDED TO RENDER TO A CREATIVE YET ECONOMICAL RENOVATION WITH THIS CONCEPT.

My vision for the EXTERIOR LANSDCAPE:
- Modern
- Gazebo by the pool in the back South East side of the Yard with BBQ
- Gazebo that can give shade to 20-30 people
- Grass area for the kids to play on the North East side of the Backyard.
- Modern Pavers for the Driveway and Walkway to the Front Door
