I need a talented illustrator to provide four slideshow banners on my website. These illustrations should appeal to fellow staff, have a collaborative vibe etc, and will feature on the following pages:
1. Welcome (to resource centre, new information hub)
2. What's New (announcements)
3. Reminders
4. Our DNA (relating to company culture).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design realistic illustrations that align with our brand image
- Ensure illustrations reflect and appeal to an adult demographic. Professional but also fun and informal
- Ideate and execute art for the mentioned website sections

Ideal Skills:
- Solid experience in realistic illustration
- Strong creative thinking, and the ability to visualize and deliver upon a creative idea
- Experience tailoring art to specific audience demographics, ideally adults
- Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines

Notes:
- No text on banner. This is not a promotional banner. It's purely internal for staff.
- Please incorporate those colours in the attached cube. I want there to be a synergy with branding on each slide.
- I acknowledge I am wanting to work with somebody long term. If I like your creativity, I will reward you and we can work on final design together.
