I need a label created in a vector file.
There needs to be a blank area left for a QR code that will be placed by the manufacturer. The word "Ingredients:" with a blank space left for the manufacturer to put ingredients. The word "Directions:" with a blank space left for the manufacturer to put directions.
The layout should be similar to the attached picture.
The wording is "Accel Men's Health"

The font for the wording is "Courier New"
Black lettering with a white label.
