The job is an 8-16 page corporate profile / capability statement to market/sell the services of the business. The total length will be determined by the creative studio but min 8 pages. I would like to see separate emphasis on the the 2 streams of the business found on the website - Construction (Commercial Building) and Consultancy (Project Management). My current website is www.canniffe.com.au and will give you an idea of the style I’m looking to pull into either an a4 landscape or portrait format. The deliverable will need to be able to be printed on quality paper and in very high resolution. Please feel free to copy write from the theme on the website - www.canniffe.com.au or extract text if required I would like to see you source royalty free stock photography and tied graphically together with my corporate colours. Royalty free Photos are free on line. If you have a different data base that you source from - these then by all means please access the photos you typically use. I want be providing any specific photography as want you to exercise your creativity! I like open space and not too much clutter with key statements made in text. Final output will need to be able to be printed in very high resolution on quality paper. so I'm not fussed on output. If I can get the final electronic files. I don't run any graphical packages and will need this is PDF if you are using graphics software like illustrator etc and the associated working files. If this could ultimately be presented in a MS Word or Publisher format it would be a grate outcome however not necessary.
