I'm seeking a skilled animator to bring our company mascot to life in a vibrant, cartoonish style for our online chat functionalities, with the intention to progress swiftly into a 3D version following the completion of the 2D phase.

**Key Requirements:**
- **Style:** Must be proficient in creating a cartoonish aesthetic.
- **Emotions/Actions:** The ability to animate our mascot expressing happiness and performing actions such as pointing or presenting.
- **Animations/Poses:** We require 1-3 distinct animations or poses initially.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proven experience in cartoon-style animation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 2D and preferably also 3D animation skills.
- Ability to work swiftly and efficiently, with a fast turnaround time.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure the project meets our vision.

**Objectives:**
- **Phase 1:** Completion of the 2D animated mascot in line with the specified requirements.
- **Phase 2:** Upon successful completion of the 2D version, moving forward with the 3D adaptation of the mascot.
