Hello again everyone!

I am posting this contest as an alternate version of another contest I posted today. You can see it here https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Create-second-animation-of-running-horse-using-provided-graphic-elements-1728716

I need an animation that will ultimately be converted to a GIF and displayed on a 640x256 (2.5x1 W/H ratio) 6.2 in. (15.75cm) VGA screen. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE THE GIF. Just provide submit the video in whatever format is most convenient for you. Device is shown in the attached 'LCD Display.png' image so you can see the it's size. The basic elements I need are the logo shown in "Derby Dash.png" and the word "STAMPEDE". You are free to redesign or stylize the logo and STAMPEDE. We want an animation that lasts 15 seconds. Get creative and build something to surprise us!

You do not need to generate a GIF file. I will do that. If I can't remap your video to a GIF I will figure out how to display the video in my project. Marcus asked for more details on the display.
