I would like to create a banner 728x90 for this website: www.sci.bio
It will be used to break up the blog post half way through to offer their services.

The words should be: It’s hard to find the right candidate. That’s why we are here.
And then a button of sorts that says "Get Started Today"

I'm thinking an image the whole way across that fades out to see the words on one side but am not sure
