I am looking for an illustrator to create a cartoon-like illustration for my project. I have a specific theme/subject in mind and I would like the artwork to reflect that.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong illustration skills
- Experience with creating cartoon-like artwork
- Ability to understand and incorporate a specific theme/subject into the illustration I am looking for someone to create me a bad version of hello kitty This version will be called goodbye kitty Try to picture if hello kitty was a bad girl instead of a good cat This image will be getting put on shoes sweaters t shirts and hats Must be a brand new idea don't just copy and paste something off the internet I will be paying ten dollars a picture Picture must be seventy percent of original likeness of hello kitty As to not run into copyright in frenchmans
