I need three logos for print and web media application. So I will want at minimum an .eps and if possible, a current adobe illustrator, .ai file, from which can always create my own raster files.

We need logos for three new subsidiaries: Urban Experiences, LLC, which is the name of the holding company.

We also need just the phrase ;UrbanX; with a trademark symbol (applied and received in May), and the brand name Black Nails with a trademark symbol. Trademark symbols should be visible but unobtrusive.

For Black Nails, again, trademark symbol included, applied and received in April, your palette is black, purples and shades of pink.

For all three logos, WHITE IS THE CORRECT BACKGROUND COLOR, do not overthink ANYTHING. White is fine.

Total KISS project. For Black Nails, one co-founder envisions a hand holding a nail polish bottle (or the world).

Feel free to be creative and make proposals, we are very open to ideas.

Just FYI; spray paint designed to look like graffiti? *NOT* "Urban."

We would like to thank everyone who made an entry to our contest. There is an awful lot of talent out there being under-utilized! We are extremely pleased with the design and designer we chose, but in all honesty, it was a very difficult decision. In the end, we had two finalists .... and my partner made the final decision, over-ruling my personal favorite. But the good news is, we love the design we have...and we will be back to freelancer for more tasks in the near future

The really interesting thing? The folk that requested we make this contest "sealed" and :guaranteed," which, as soon as we learned what they meant and the nominal cost, immediately did...none of those folk made any submissions! I think that is funny, but hey, we learned stuff.

Sealed, guaranteed and raised the payment slightly. Working on a very tight budget and depending on designers to come up with a simple set of three logo designs. One company, operating two separate brands: Urban Experiences, LLC, and brands Black Nails (trademark) and UrbanX (trademark).
