Hi! We are a new startup based in Montreal, Qc. called Second Date.

In this contest we want designs for 1 logo, but we are actually looking for multiple logos for multiple branches of the company based on the same logo for the parent company, Second Date Studios. (ex: Second Date Games, Second Date Publishing, Second Date Animation, Second Date Reality)
We are an entertainment company, making mobile games, 3D series, films, graphic novels and Virtual Reality.

We are a company that believes in community and helping people be more confident in their creativity, so we want to see everybody's ideas without restraining them to constraints.

The only constraints are:

It needs to be a logo you could see on a building, pin, stamp, etc.
It needs to be a logo easily modified to adapt to other branches without loosing it's basic meaning.

The first ideas we had were lines forming a fox and a lion - for Niccolo Machavelli's ¨A fox is defenseless against wolves; a lion is defenseless against traps. A prince must learn to act like both the fox and the lion: he must learn, like the fox, how to frighten off wolves and, like the lion, how to recognize the traps.¨

But it can be something completely different! Don't hesitate to give a lot of different sketches.

Thank you for your applications! Please do not copy the designs of other contestant. I am a graphic designer, I can do my own variations. I am paying for creativity. I have only seen 2 logos with no SD in it. I don't need polished versions on cards or buildings. I would rather you take the time to do more rough sketches of different logos.
