Retro Logo Idea

Hello, I designed a little retro logo feel. I didn't put the "hands" because they did not fit the design very well. Maybe is a little "too much" you know - hands and lights and computer and rainbows. But if you really want this maybe I can find a way it can work. Please give me some feedback. :) Thanks!
