  These people are too lazy to create you quality designs(particularly the mascots). For example the top entry, she just used exactly same graphic for the girl and boy mascot, look at the outlines. I will upload my work before the contest ends.

     No, what I am saying is that you should spend time and effort to provide quality designs to our clients here in freelancer.com. Lots of people here are just using clip arts from the internet and if not they provide effortless designs. You can see the winning design's mascot are just same graphic only differs in color. If you are really dedicated to your work, you can provide quality designs.
     
     I did not submit an entry because I was seeing a undeserving design. I was waiting for the CH to rethink because I don't want to waste a good design only to lose by this quality.

     Most stolen designs are from the internet and are in sealed proposals. Because they don't want anyone identifying their stolen designs. Like what I did up there on top of this message board.
