Design a logo for Me Please :D. I attached the current logo and we need to make it much better!

Business Marketing Consultant
Colors: I like Gold & Silver or Red & Black combinations.
Would like: A shield or family type crest over or in the circle of the world. Really nice font for Vince W Baker and we need to make the "V" stand out somehow.
