Next Home Solution is in the real estate business, specializing in helping people out of bad real estate situations and helping rehabilitate homes to increase not only property values for the home they are helping but usually for their neighbors as well. They also help people that would normally not be able to get financing by financing those customers internally. Looking for a logo that can represent their caring and ability to help those in need as well as represent that they are a real estate rehabilitation company. Prefer Blue, Brown and grey for the colors. Please let me know if you have any questions.

  Congratulations to the winner.. However, honestly in my opinion, there were better designs than the winning design. You cannot put a reflected logo design on a business card, for instance.

More clarification, the company phone number has NHS in it so I would like to see more designs with the initials in the logo. Maybe using the initials in the logo and then have the name outside the logo?
