  O I did not realize that sorry. I just need it in a format that has a transparent background and is best quality for printing. what format would you suggest?

  .PNG is the best quality - it's a lossless format, unlike most. Maybe .EPS would be best, or .TIF(F). I work in Photoshop and Illustrator, so this isn't an issue. Adobe PDF is good quality, but I'm not sure it keeps transparency. Hope this helps!
