  Thanks for asking. By final certificates you mean the rest of six certificates or finishing up these four with further required changes?
  
  If you mean finishing up these 4, yes, you're right in your estimate of hours needed. If it was about the remaining six, I can't give my opinion until I see what we have to do with those six.

  How many hours do you anticipate there is of work for the final certificates to be completed? I am guessing no more than 1 or 2 hours as the borders we already have, the logos we already have no just the adjustments to be made. Shall we say $40 for the additional work. What do you think?

  Hi Alan,
  Sorry for the delayed response as we were closed for a national holiday yesterday and guys didn't catch your messages earlier today because a design change on Freelancer site means that we aren't seeing the notifications area for a couple of days.
  Anyways, yes, the plan sounds good and we are ready to proceed. There is just one problem though. The submissions for Green Star have been removed by Freelancer's administration because the customization we had done to that stock border from freepik weren't considered enough by them and they thought we had done a breach by submitting it as our own work. So we need to submit that design again while giving reference of the original design from freepik but the contest is now closed so we can't make a new submission. Alternatively, you can choose one of the other three designs as winner and we'll submit the final files for all four designs you chose. Please confirm if makes sense and award the job.

     Yikes Raja Ok Awesome! I'm so sorry to hear about the breach. I'll try and rectify it my end with a good word about the National Holiday and the border design. Ok I will proceed now and we can continue discussing the certificates for the course certificates. Many thanks Alan

  Hi Mian, I want to award you the award for the designs. They are not completed but I will work with the working files. Please confirm that you will send all the working files for the certificates for the 4/10 produced. I will still award you the full money of $190 for the four then we can continue of the rest as a private hire. Sound good?
