What we need, is a design mockup (which i can show my client for mobile/desktop), obviously we can not steal above urls so we need to start from fresh.

If we pick you after you win the contest, we expect HTML/CSS back however that will be a task after the design contest has been picked, addiontal work.

Use your best skills, maybe add a simple footer, cool header, above examples look kinda empty, we want to beat the competion so we need a top page in place, which must be created.
