Hi everyone,

We need a logo designed for our jewellery business called 'What Women Want'.

We sell vintage and handmade, high quality jewellery made from gold, silver and natural gemstones and we custom make jewellery. We also have a small range of luxury items which compliment the elegant woman.
The niche we occupy is goods which make a woman feel special, valuable, unique, beautiful and confidant.

WE would like the logo to have the following feel: Luxury, elegance, light and bright, feminine yet strong, for the discerning woman.
We would like it to reflect our vintage element but with a modern edge (not antique looking).
The shop fit-out will be a ‘french provincial’ style (see attached photos for inspiration of the style and colours).
We would consider a vintage silhouette of a woman blowing gold dust as in our current logo (attached), but would like to see other original ideas as well.

Included in the logo is:
'What Women Want' written in a strong, readable from a distance, yet feminine font.
'Jewellers' underneath (does not have to be the same size or font of the top line).
I would like a tag-line too, so I would be happy for some suggestions or ideas.

Colours: Possibly white, black, grey (light or medium), creams and neutral tones, gold, silver.

(Attached are photos for ideas and inspiration of the look, colours and the feel we are after. Also one photo shows our current logo and the lounge which will be in the shop.)

The logo will feature on our website, our business cards, promotion flyers and sign outside the shop.

We want ORIGINAL designs and need to own the copyright.

The contest winner must be able to provide us all the necessary file formats (Web & Print): .CDR, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, .AI (gif Transparent background) (PNG tranparent Background) etc.
