Do some 3D Modelling of a residential home off a plan

I require a very realistic 3D model from a plan. The plan is attached. The home needs to use light grey, dark grey and red as the finishing colour as well as some natural stone cladding.
The final build will also have a louvre over the window of the bedroom above the garage that will be mounted on the wall and perhaps curve around the corner slightly. This louvre element can also be carried over to a portion of the other large window of the upstairs bedroom...perhaps just on the corner. This is just to create a modern element to the home. Examples of louvres are attached.
The garage door as well as all the front facing windows are flush glazed frameless with a light grey tint. An example of the windows is attached. Basically no frame will be visible on the outside because of the tint.
I am in a residential area so maybe take into consideration that other houses are built around me. I would like to add a small pond to the right of the front door entrance to the house with a 'river' that runs along the edge and front of the entrance hall. We will then cross a small 'bridge' when entering the front door.location of the pond is also attached.
