I'm in the design stage of an electronics project and require a skilled electrical engineer to assist with the following aspects:

- Circuit Design: I need someone with a deep understanding of electronics to help me design the circuits for my project. This requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail.
- PCB Layout: The successful candidate will also need to help me with the PCB layout. This involves translating the circuit design into a physical board layout. Experience with PCB design software is essential.
- Component Selection: Additionally, I need help with selecting the right components for my project. This requires an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of different electronic components.

I'm looking for someone who has a strong background in electronics and a proven track record in circuit design, PCB layout, and component selection. Your expertise and experience in these areas will be critical to the successful completion of this project. I have been producing colloidal silver or micronic silver water at home for many years now and would like to design a system to produce that silver in large batches.

The system would make use of standard 12v electrical current but would reverse the current to anode and diode on a periodic basis in order to minimize the effects of oxidization. The system would also require the ability to add an EC (electrical conductivity) meter in order to be able to set an exact PPM (parts per million) for the micronic silver batch which will then shut off the system once the PPM has been reached.

This system will also incorporate an air bubbler for both oxidization of the water as well as a natural stirrer of the water to ensure proper separation of the micronic silver particles which assists with no clumping of the ionized silver in the water.

Any background also in biology or microbiology would be an amazing benefit. The end result of the product will need to be tested under electron microscope for quality testing so any access to such equipment is a boost beyond other participants.

The product will continue to have improvements over time so I am looking for a potential long-term working relationship even beyond the initial design of the system.
