  Please check my design. I have made changes to the design as you requested especially changing the font typeface of the countdown, gave more emphasis to the holocaust logo by enlarging its size to 150px height and placing it in a transparent background so that the background can be seen and adding 5px drop-shadow to highlight and make it more prominent and also chose a background image that is poignant enough and better fits the subject matter.
  (Here we see the Jewish people with their hands raised as they are led away by Nazi troops). Additionally I have also added a holocaust memorial plague to the right side of the image and a bluish overlay tint so as to fit with the existing theme. A blue and brown gradient effect is also included in the second version.Please check both the versions by clicking the buttons on the bottom left.
  I hope you'll like my design and consider me and if selected, I'll hand over layered psd files and ready to make any changes you want.
