The sticker must be humorous, in the form of a drawing (no photo, no duplication of image on the bank of photos or google)
You are free on the shape of stickers and colors.
The stickers are meant to attract attention, to make people laugh and obviously to advertise.
The sticker should include:

* The drawn portrait of Vladimir Putin
You must develop the artistic and humorous side, if you do not have artistic talent, nor humor, do not waste your time with this project.
Portrait means more precisely the face of the character, but you can add the body and hands, but it's more complex.
We must clearly recognize Mr. Putin.
